Ofloxacin + Ornidazole + Itraconazole + Clobetasol is a dermatological medicine, prescribed for the treatment of bacterial and fungal skin infections. In fungal infection, fungi attack the body tissue and cause infection. Similarly in bacterial infection, bacterial cell invades the body and causes infection. The medication is used to reduce swelling, itching, and redness caused due to certain skin infections. The cream is composed of Ofloxacin, Ornidazole, Itraconazole, and Clobetasol whose combined action is helpful in providing relief from bacterial skin infections. 

Do not self-medicate the medicine and take it as per the prescribed dosage and duration by the doctor. The medicine is only for external applications, hence avoid using it on injured or bruised areas. Directions for Use 

Wash your hands before and after using the cream. Take the prescribed amount of cream on the fingers and apply a thin layer on the clean and dry affected area and surrounding skin.
