Pantoprazole 40 MG Tablets – Pantoprazole belongs to a class of medications known as proton pump inhibitors. It is widely used in the treatment of some stomach and esophagus problems. It works by decreasing the amount of acid produced by our stomach and provides relief from heartburn, cough, and uneasy swallowing. It promotes healing of the damage caused by acid to our stomach, preventing peptic ulcers, and helps prevent esophagus cancer.

Usage of Pantoprazole 40 MG Tablets

This medication is an oral dose and is to be taken by mouth, usually once daily. In the case of the tablet, take it with or without food. Swallow the tablet as a whole. Do not crush chew or split the medication. Doing so may nullify the effects of the tablet. The dosage and length of treatment will depend upon your health condition and your body’s response to the medication.

If you are taking this medication in the granular form, take your dose 3o minutes before the meal.
